Please note we will request your payment card details to store on our system. If your appointment runs over the allotted time or additional products or services are used (blood tests, prescriptions etc) we will provide you with an updated invoice and request payment via your payment card with your consent. We are unable to take cash or BACS payments and appointments charges must be paid at the time of booking. Any charges incurred that are not settled within 30 days of the invoice will be collected via your card details automatically. Please check your junk folder for email communication as all invoices are sent electronically. To request a refund or queries around invoice items please email accounts@privategp.org.

Health Screenings, Tests & Referrals

The costs of tests and special investigations are variable and will depend on your personal health requirements. One of our most popular health screenings is a comprehensive 1-hour Well Woman or Well Man screening:

Core Female	Includes body composition analysis, thyroid panel, lipid profile, diabetes test, full blood count, liver function tests, bones health assessment and smear test. Option to add mammogram to take place at the New Victoria Hospital in New Malden at additional cost.	£750
Core Male	Includes body composition analysis, thyroid panel, lipid profile, diabetes test, full blood count, liver function tests and bones health assessment.	£750

Yoga/Mindfulness/Sleep Sessions with Nicky Dye

These can take a variety of forms, group/individual/private at home/online. Nicky is based in Claygate. Individual sessions are £70 for 45 minutes, and involves a detailed review by Nicky of your medical records and needs (which is why it is a higher cost than her standard classes) in order to give you a completely personal programme for your wellness journey. Sometimes Nicky will suggest a series of sessions for example to improve your sleep - please do not book these directly with Nicky but via our yoga@privategp.org email address. You are under no obligation to take up classes suggested but we will only recommend sessions that are suitable for your health needs and fit in with your health goals and wishes. All patients have a choice around their care and treatment options and we are here to help and guide you, with you being free to decide the care we provide
