Lifestyle Medicine
Ideal for chronic or complex conditions or people with multiple diagnoses, Lifestyle Medicine (sometimes referred to as Functional Medicine) aims to identify and address the underlying causes of your health concerns. This style of medicine considers the patient as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms. After a full evaluation of your medical history, diet, sleep, exercise and environment, a bespoke package of care is developed with you to promote healing and restore health.
